The community is expanding our Resource team with a Creative Process Manager. This role will start remote then be based in either our Miami or NY office. Our Process Managers help our Creative Resource Director steer their delegated creative teams. They work with creatives on a daily basis to assign projects, make sure briefs are communicated, meetings are set, and deadlines are realistic. They monitor the creative’s progress day to day on projects and help report status updates back to Account/Client teams as well as Strategy when collaboration or clarity is needed. We look to our Process Managers to make sure our creative process is as smooth as possible as it continuously adjusts, shapes and meets targets. The job of a Process Manager is to make sure the Creatives get the space to be focused on creating and all the process is managed for them.
the community is looking to hire an Account Director to join our US Hispanic team. This role will start remotely with the opportunity to eventually be located in our NY or Miami office for a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will work closely with a Group Account Director to lead the relationship between the client and our agency team. You will be given the chance to spearhead large national initiatives targeting US Hispanic audiences. This will include client-facing presentations and overseeing large project budgets.
The Connections Associate Strategy Director plays an impactful role within the planning team and the agency. Their role is to not only help execute digital programs but also assist in providing ongoing strategic ideas to their account and creative partners in an effort to address the client's short- and long-term business goals. All talent will be requested to work in East Coast hours. They will work closely with multi-functional teams, including brand strategy and creative teams, and they should constantly be developing relevant social insights to help the team identify areas of growth/opportunity/improvement for the business. They should play a visible role with the appropriate client partners and provide support to both the account and creative leads.
The Community is looking to hire a dynamic Strategy Director with LATAM experience currently located in the US. We are looking for someone who is ambitious and eager to drive business forward and achieve the best work possible for our clients. This position will start remotely anywhere in the US and will be based out of our Miami or New York office later this year with a hybrid work enviornement. We are also open to talent being based anywhere in the US and traveling when necessary. In this key role for the team, you will lead existing clients focused on LATAM regional content and work on new business opportunities for clients national, regionally, and globally. This role will be tasked with unearthing new business strategy, trends, and assessing their impact on consumers' attitudes, behavior, and perceptions. This role will need to work closely with creative to create original and groundbreaking creative work. This role will also work closely with our Communication/Social Strategy team on the client work heavy in digital initiatives. This role will give someone the chance to experience working with Multicultural campaigns, campaigns targeted throughout the LATAM and Mexico regions, and all over the world. The person that will succeed in this role, needs to understand the balance strategy must have between creative strategy, brand strategy, digital strategy and cultural strategy. They would consider themselves driven to take projects from ideation through delivery and is not afraid to build the stellar presentation a client needs to see to buy into the strategic direction.
