Our name is the idea behind everything we do. It’s a simple reminder of who we are and what we value. When we started we saw ourselves as a group of people more than an agency. People who believed in ideas and each other. This is what we keep front and center. And up on a neon sign.
We’re a community that’s inherently diverse. Over 75% of our people self-identify as diverse, and together we represent more than 30 nationalities. We continue to double down on DE&I in our actions, including evolving our hiring practices, partnering with leaders in the space, committing to ongoing internal growth and training, forming an in-house Equity council (with representation from each of our offices) that serves as an internal advocate for representation, and more. These steps help ensure that our work, both behind the camera and within frame, is inclusive, and that we’re the agency that any community, or individual, can feel connected to.
American Advertising Federation (AAF), Multicultural Advertising Intern Program (MAIP), T. Howard Foundation, One School, and Verizon AdFellows are all partners we’re proud to work with across our community.
What we make at the Makers Lab extends far beyond world-class film production, editing and sound. We have a diversified team of producers, developers, designers, innovators and editors dedicated to bringing ideas to life, no matter what shape they come in.
Project Greenhouse is a team that sits at the intersection of science and creativity, using methods and technology to create products and come up with ideas that have a positive impact on the world. We explore everything from experiences to AR, VR, AI and data, and products.
