The Community is looking to hire a dynamic Strategy Director who is ambitious and eager to drive business forward and achieve the best work possible for our clients. This is a hybrid position, three days in office per week at our New York office. In this key role for the team, you will play a leading role in one of the Publicis Groupe largest pieces of business, unearthing new creative strategy, trends, and assessing their impact on consumers' attitudes, behavior and perceptions. This role will need to work closely with creative to create original and groundbreaking creative work. This role will give someone the chance to work with both US Hispanic and General Market campaigns. For this role, previous Hispanic market experience is a priority, but not exclusive from other multicultural and general market experience. The person that will succeed in this role, needs to understand and balance creative strategy, business strategy, and cultural strategy. They seamlessly collaborate with other strategists, account, and creative partners, as well as clients. They would consider themselves driven to take projects from ideation through delivery and not afraid to build the stellar presentation a client needs to see to buy into the strategic direction.
Compensation Range: $127,585 - $200,790 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
